I emailed you,no answer. Image in listing is a USB 3 hub (the 5 extra contacts visible) but the one I received is not, no extra contacts. Linux System Report says 12 Mb/s, confirmed in Windows benchmarking, USB 1.1. Looks 2nd hand.

I was willing to look past the fact it took me a month to receive my order. But I cant look past the fact these don't work as advertised. They're meant to be super speed usb 3.0 hubs. But when I copy data I don't even get 1mb per second thats 18 hours to copy 10gbs worth of data... Piece of junk going straight in the bin and I'm of to buy a new set that will do the job....
