1. Purchase item here we believe we should offer the customer the best possible advice and customer service. If something that you have purchased at our shop is not right, or if you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return. However, the buyer needs to bear the freight.
2. Although we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, we can refund the purchase price or exchange products purchased subject to the following conditions:
- Returned within 3 days of delivered with your proof of purchase
- Item must be in original condition (including packaging) and not used
- Products that have been opened sealed are not refundable
3. If you request a refund, the original purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
