Here's how it works:
Short Circuit Protection: When the current reaches the cut-off value, the elongated handle pops open, cutting off the power source. This usually happens in case of a short circuit. After the fault is cleared, simply push the elongated handle back into its original position to re-establish the circuit. Manual Shut Off: Need to disconnect the circuit during a renovation? Simply press the red oval button on the fuse to cut off power. Re-establishing the circuit is as easy as pushing the elongated handle back into place. Instructions:
Connect IN (BAT) to the input line, OUT (AUX) to the output line. Press the oval button and the elongated handle will pop open, cutting off the power. (Note: Do not attempt to cut off power by manually pushing the elongated handle. Doing so will damage the breaker and void the warranty.)
